Questions & Answers

Question: How can I try my suit on before purchase?

Answer: We have three options:
- Being Western Dales-based, we can easily meet you at a club hut to try out sizing, particularly at weekends. Just get in touch with us and we can arrange a suitable date and time
- Come to see us at Hidden Earth or NAMHO - you can try out at our stall.
- We're based near Lancaster, you can pop by to try on if you're passing - we're between the M6 and Ingleton

If none of these are suitable, you can rest assured that if you order, try on at home with your (clean!) undersuit first, and if it's not the right fit you can pop it back to us and easily switch sizes or get a refund.

Delivery Information

Products are shipped by UK courier from our Lancashire warehouse. Orders are dropped in the post each day 3pm Monday-Friday.

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. We mostly use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, bulkier orders may be sent by Yodel.

Orders under £50: £3.69
Orders over £50: FREE

UK Next Day Delivery

When available, orders placed by 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour.

Returns Information

Oversuit the wrong size? Bag bigger than you expected?

Not a problem, we're well aware of the unknowns of ordering gear online without seeing it in person first, or being able to try it on - we like to think we make the process as easy as possible.

If you've not used it yet and it's still in as-new condition, you can simply return it for either a refund or to swap for a different size.

Simply get in touch with us and let us know what the issue is, and we'll send you further details on sorting out your swap/refund.

Our View

For cavers who run at normal to hot temperatures, these are the ideal thickness of undersuit for everyday use. Chillier cavers might need something more substantial.
