What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with all major credit/debit cards. 

How long will my item take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We dispatch with a 2 day courier service using Royal Mail (except for bulkier orders which typically use DPD or Yodel), so your order will usually arrive within 3-5 days of payment. 

Can I collect the item directly from you?

In some circumstances we may be able to offer in-person collection of items from the Lancaster area within 24 hours of order placement, or we can meet in the Dales (we're usually out caving twice a week). Get in touch if you'd like to enquire about this option.

What if my suit isn't the right size?

We recommend trying your suit on at home first (with your undersuit on as well if trying an oversuit) - check the size, freedom of movement etc., and if anything's not right you can return it in unused condition through our site and switch for a different sized suit, no problem.
