Question: How do I install anchors?

Answer: You should definitely take a course and consult a professional before starting to install your own anchors! Regional caving councils often offer training sessions.

Question: Is this suitable for canyon installation?

Answer: Not on its own really - it's suitable for constructing a pull-through belay point using other equipment such as chains, rappel rings etc. though. On its own it would require a krab or maillon to construct a belay point for standard caving SRT, the same as most anchors seen on non-pull-through cave routes.

Question: Are these suitable for equipping pull-throughs?

Answer: No, the aperture is too sharp for safe pull-throughs without additional equipment.

Question: Do I need to buy bolts separately?

Answer: Yes, these are for the hangers only.
