The Seland neoprene knee pads (AOR5) are adjustable protective knee supports made from 4 mm neoprene with an additional 3 mm reinforced Strong Pad over the knee for added durability and abrasion resistance — ideal for caving, canyoning and other wet, rugged environments.
These are a little thinner and more flexible than most caving kneepads, which some might prefer for less restriction of movement. In addition, they're available in two sizes so that those with thinner legs have a better fit.
Designed to fit snugly either directly on your knee or over a base layer or oversuit, these neoprene pads help shield your joints from impacts, scrapes and prolonged kneeling on hard or uneven surfaces deep underground or on tough terrain.
The adjustable Velcro closure lets you fine-tune the fit for comfort and stability, while the flexible neoprene construction ensures you retain mobility as you move through technical passages.

Our View
For those who find other caving kneepads a bit stiff or unwieldy, these could be your answer. Plenty of padding still, but on a flexible base. Just don't expect them to last for as many crawling hours as more heavyweight counterparts.
